Castle cars are very reliable & a great service. We always use them every year especially for airport run, prompt and customer car - very pleased. Last year we had over 24hrs flight delay & they followed flight details, checked & got us home. Also use locally too, great service!! Thank you.

Needed a taxi at short notice to an off beat location in the countryside to meet a 14:30 deadline. Car arrived in 10 minutes and got me there with plenty of time to spare. Great service as promised.

Taxi to and from airport, excellent service. On time and kept us updated throughout. On return our plane was very delayed and we landed in a different terminal but our driver was still in arrivals waiting for us as we came through.

I always use Castle Cars if I need a cab, they are extremely reliable and the drivers are great! Last night I booked a taxi for 12:35 and Terry phoned me to explain that they were running late. Such good service.

Quite simply, Castle Cars is the best operator I have ever had the pleasure of using. Yesterday I was due to be met at Gatwick. The plane was late and different landing times were given at differing intervals by the airline. The Taxi Driver turned up at the best possible time, found me, helped with my luggage and concluded what had been a difficult journey in a happily positive way. Thank you again Castle Cars!

I always use castle cars, I like the text confirmation and then you get a text when your drivers on their way and another when they get there telling you the car reg. excellent service, always on top and cost is what I would expect.

We used Castle Cars for transfers to/from Tonbridge/Gatwick recently and would thoroughly recommend. Both drivers were helpful and polite. We also had to rearrange our collection from Gatwick to the following day for our return journey as our original flight was cancelled. This was handled efficiently by Castle Cars reception which was appreciated given the disruption to our plans. Many thanks Castle Cars.

Two trips booked on a Saturday of our son's wedding, so a very important day.Booked and confirmed in advance - easy online.Both cars were punctual to the minute ( even at 11pm) and both drivers were friendly and professional.Perfect service!

Very happy and would use again. I called to book a taxi for a late night airport pick up, I was quoted a reasonable price and gave my flight details. They tracked my flight details and arrived at the airport just after we landed, despite a 30 min flight delay. I could track the driver on my phone, which was very handy. He called me when he arrived and gave clear instructions as to where we should meet him. Had a lovely chat with him on the way home. Great service all round

I used Castle Cars over last weekend for two airport transfers and also for transfers to and from my son's wedding venue . From the time I made the bookings I received emails for each booking with all relevant details.Castle Cars completed all the transfers on time with very courteous drivers . Punctual pick up at 4.30 a.m. to Heathrow, and waiting for us on return journey a week later despite delayed flight from Milan - they take your flight number and track it. You get confirmation texts, notification that driver en route, and make and model of car meeting you. Drivers helpful and polite. A pleasure to deal with.

We used Castle Cars to take us to the airport and to collect us after our holiday. The Taxi service was brilliant they met us at the airport arrivals even though our flight was slightly delayed they kept an eye on the flight details and were there when we arrived. Both drivers were extremely kind and helpful. I recommend castle cars and will use them again.

My wife Gill recently used Castle cars and we have both used them several times over the last few years. We find them reliable, polite and very friendly. After the overnight fall of snow I was anxious about getting to a hospital appointment and phoned for a taxi from Castle Cars. Really polite conversation and very helpful as a taxi arrived within 5 minutes. I had notifications on my phone about the driver being enroute and the fact he had arrived and what car he was driving with it's number plate. Driver Lee made my journey comfortable and enjoyable so I arrived feeling rested and pleased that I had chosen that option. I had forgotten to say I use elbow crutches to aid my walking but this was not a problem as the car was spacious and Lee was very patient with the time to get me in and out of the car. A welcome change from the bus I usually get and in this dreadful weather it was the perfect way to travel.

I can’t praise Castle Cars high enough. I’m so impressed. They provide updates on the booking, when they’re en route, what car to expect and the driver arrived promptly. Nice clean car, friendly driver and I was there and back in 30 minutes!

Spot on service. So reliable. Ordered a taxi early morning two days running in the Christmas holidays 2022 to get to work as it was pouring with rain and they arrived bang on time both days. Instant confirmation text when you book, when the driver is on their way and when they arrive. Literally could not ask for more. Very lucky to have such a brilliant local taxi company.
